In search of the window manufacturer, and ultimately replacement parts.

A contractor from Bowling Green, Ohio says:
The crank mechanism has become inoperable and needs replaced.
Other than the tempering info on the glass, there is nothing stamped anywhere indicating a manufacturer. The windows are original to the house which was built in 2005. Please help in identifying.

We have had customers in the past come to us with this same type of matter. We have recommended our 39-403 and 39-404 Pella folding crank and lock kit because of the great similarities between the existing handle and ours. That said, we can not guarantee these will work for you. Take a close look and let us know if you think you could adapt these parts to work for you.
