Can you assist me. I recently ordered the 1st door hinge on the top with lighter wheel. It did not fit. The original one on the bottom is what I need. I do not know the correct size. Let me know I need your assistance. The original order was under Arvin Todd.

Hello, Arvin. I'm sorry to hear our part didn't work. I see that you ordered our 23-047, which at this stage still look like our best option. Can you tell me exactly why it didn't work?
If it is a matter of size, then we are going to need those precise dimensions from you. Please make sure to write them down as accurately as possible. There are a ton of different roller assemblies that are more or less similar to this, but they all differ in terms of offset and wheel diameter. Without those dimensions, it's not possible to narrow things down further.
