Indemnify window channel balance

We'd be happy to help but, unfortunately, your balance assembly is too damaged to identify. I would recommend checking the balance on the other side or an identical window in the house to see if there is an intact version that you could show us. Please make sure to include any fittings attached to the ends, as well as the clip at the end of the pulley cord and the stamp code on the metal channel. Thank you! 

Thanks for getting back to us. If your balance channel measures exactly 28" long, take a look at the S770-28 channel balance. You'll notice that the strength options shown on our product differ from your 27-F-60 stamp code but the 28F option should work for you as long as your window sash weighs between 32-36 lbs. If not, please get back to us with your exact sash weight and we can go from there.
