Possibly WeatherShield double hung window (WS in peripheral between panes)
Hole to hole looks to be 1-13/16"

Thanks for writing in! We typically suggest using the 90-095 Andersen Lock & Keeper to replace this WeatherShield sweep lock. I'm not sure the exact replacement is available any longer.
Take a look over the dimensions and compare them to determine if this could work for you.
