Info needed for door latch replacement

The latch doesn’t release when the handle is pushed down and you release to let the handle go.

Thanks for posting! Your mortise lock reminds me of the 40-191 Storm Door Multi-Point Mortise Lock. We do not have a replacement for the handle set so you will need to reuse it for the repair.

This mortise is available in the cranberry finish you have.
