Information request on a window part

Question

Hello,

I am contacting you in order to know if you send parts to Madrid (Spain).

If so, I am attaching some photos of a window guide I would need to replace (in one of the pictures you can see the two guides together. The guide above is the correct one, and the guide below is the one to be replaced).

Could you please tell me if you have the part needed and if so, what would be its cost plus the cost of sending it to Spain?

Thanks for contacting us, Diana. After looking through your photos, our S390-38 channel balance may make for a good match. It comes assembled with a 19-002 balance shoe top and 15-001 bottom balance shoe. You would choose the 3730 option. We do offer shipping options to Spain. Look over the part mentioned and see what you think.
