Inner Sash Window Part Needed

Question

This piece is on the right and left side but on top of the inner sash.  Not sure if this part acts as a channel balance stopper or a window stopper.  Need this part sourced for customer.  Customer states these parts keep breaking and need to order in bulk.

Thanks for posting. This looks like a Top Sash Guide that keeps non-tilt window channel balances aligned with this window sash. This one specifically might be the 18-061 Pennco Top Sash Guide. Please compare.
