Inner channel that holds roller assemblies

Question

The screw to adjust the rollers is stripped, so I am trying to replace them. However, the channel that sits inside the bottom of the door is cracked and could stand to be replaced as well.

Is it possible to replace not only the roller assemblies but also the inner track that has the weather stripping (fuzz that collects dust)?
