The door is relatively new, but the latch hook no longer comes out when the lock is turned. I can easily push it out with a screwdriver, but from what i read online, there is possibly a spring inside that should be pushing that hook out so it latches to the strike plate. That ain't happening. Wondering if you can help me identify a replacement part (or fix) for this issue? The mechanism is just about 3 inches tall and 1/2 inch wide.
