Hey guys!
So the channel balance end-end just the metal not the plastic ends measures out to 28 1/2".
The only visible markings and or stamping reads as follows
(28305 BSI LF)
I was not able to weigh the channel balance itself if that is something that is needed I can make that happen, i just need to barrow a scale

Hey, Matt. We should be able to make this balance for you but it will have to be a custom order due to its special length. There's no need to weigh the sash at this point since your stamp tells us how the spring is calibrated.
The only thing I'm not sure about here is the depth of the shoe. It looks to be 1-1/8" but that is admittedly a difficult thing to gauge from just a photo of a tape measure. Can you confirm that for me? It should be either 1" or 1-1/8".
Can you also tell me how many of these balances you needed?
