Inquiring on drawer guides

I have a house built in the 70's. The drawers in my kitchen are falling in due to the guides are breaking. I am trying to find some replacements. I am attaching a front and side view of the plastic pieces that guide the drawers. They are about a little over an inch square. Would you all have the replacement parts? If so, give me the part number so I can order them from you.
