We do not have your exact mortise latch with that rectangular key cylinder cut-out, unfortunately. You might need to replace the complete handle set with something like our 40-049. Take a look at that. If you want, send us some more photos of the handle and door. We can try to find something better for you if the 40-049 won't work for some reason.
