My current handle is model #1649LW by Ultra Hardware Products. Will this handle work?

Hello,

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 40-150 to your inside handle, along with the related video.

If you'd prefer to replace the entire handle set, you could consider something like the 40-177 depending on how the dimensions compare to yours. Thanks for posting!

Does the 40-177 come with inside handle, deadbolt and strikers?

Yes, the 40-177 comes with inside and outside handles, as well as strikes for the deadbolt and latch.
