Inside Handle with Lock

Question

I have an Inside Handle that is broken and I need a replacement. You can see in the photo where the latch is cracked at the pivot pin. It is similar to Model 40-150 except is has a lock. Do you have a version of the 40-150 Inside Handle that has a lock?

Also, the Resilient Strike appears to be either the wrong one and/or was installed backward.

I have attached photos of the current installation. Please advise.

Hi there!

We don't have a version of the 40-150 with a lock, regrettably. We do sell the 40-039 keyed deadbolt (sold separately) which is commonly paired with the 40-150. This should work if you don't mind a little handiwork. For the keeper, see the 40-081.

You could also consider a new handle set assembly such as the 40-177.
