The dead bolt piece has broken. It looks like the 40-130 might work as a replacement. Can you please confirm this?

Hi, Renee. Yes, I do recommend the 40-130 handle set. Yours is no longer available, so the 40-130 is closest. I actually have replaced two of these storm door handles in the past month with the 40-130!

Hello again, we purchased the 40-130 and the deadbolt turn knob hits our door handle. The main door will shut when the dead bolt is not locked, but won't shut if the deadbolt is engaged. Any suggestions?

Hm... I don't quite follow you. The deadbolt does not stick up any further when locked or unlocked. Can you send us some photos of the problem you are having? Maybe, if we see some photos of what is hitting, we can recommend a solution.
