Need a replacement for the inside handle. 3 3/4 inch on the pins

Hi there!
Take a look at the 82-030. This handle set measures 3-15/16" on the installation hole centers so you'll want to make sure yours does as well.
Please note that a handle breaking like this may be a sign that the rollers will also need to be replaced. If you were to replace the handle without addressing this issue then the new 82-030 will break the same way in a few years. However, I recommend you check the rollers and track first. If you're lucky, you may just have to clean and lubricate them.

The door is about 16 years old and Our installation holes are 3- 3/4" center to center.
Your point is correct. in my case however, the rollers and track are cleaned and lubricated once a year because we are in the desert. The door functions fine. The sliding portion of the door is 8' tall and 36" wide. Therefore, a heavy mass that will eventually lead to structural failure of aluminum over time. Regular cleaning most likely extended its life.

We don't sell a handle with that kind of hole center spacing, unfortunately. The 82-030 is our best option. I am very sorry that we can't offer a better replacement option.
