Inside handle broke off.

Inside handle broke off at the base. I don't know if it can be replaced or the entire unit has to be replaced.

Hello there. Yes, I am afraid when this handle set breaks this way, it needs to be replaced entirely. See our 82-080 or keyed 82-081. These should work as replacements.
