Inside handle of patio door

Question

Can you help me to find this replacement handle on my patio door or only the plate that is screw on it. Hole distance 4" 15/16 and the handle is 6"3/4. This is grey color. Thank you Marcel

Thanks for writing in, Marcel! Take a look at our 82-080, or its keyed variant, the 82-081. Double-check the dimensions to confirm this matches what you need. Unfortunately this handle set only comes white and almond. Let us know if you have any questions.
