Inside pull replacement handle

I'm having trouble finding a replacement handle for my sliding glass door . Hole spacing is 4 15/16" but the door measures almost 2" thick. Any help would be much appreciated

I believe your handle set is an older version of our 82-080. Look it over and let me know if you agree.
