Inside replacement slider handle

Hi, looking for the right part to replace my inside slider handle. I've attached a picture of what I think is the item number. Can you help me identify the correct replacement?

Unfortunately, we do not carry the inside handle separately but take a look at our 82-030 handle set and see how the 3-15/16" hole socking compares to yours. Thanks for posting!
