Inside sliding door pull

Home Owner from Valencia, CA

I have what appears to be an older style Milgard Part# C 1275. But I'm not sure. Your Mortise 4-15/16" also looks similar. Based on the photos that I sent, Will the inside pull on your handle fit. Do you sell just the pull. Will the complete handle fit with the installed mechanism? What can you tell me based on the photos I sent you?

Thank You & Best regards

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. I'm afraid we do not sell the individual handle you're looking for. But did you need to replace the internal lock as well? If so, you could try keeping a working handle from the old handle set, but this possibly won't work. Going for a complete handle set like the 82-080 is probably the best bet.

The handle is broke. I need to replace at least the handle. The internal lock and toggle works fine but would the 82-080 work with the internal lock and toggle that is currently installed or will I need to replace everything.

The handle set should work fine; but if you want to be absolutely certain feel free to send a picture of the mortise to confirm.

Furthermore, you may want to double check that your patio door rollers are moving smoothly; you shouldn't have to pull on your handle that hard to open or close the door, and the kind of damage to your old pull is sometimes characteristic of worn out rollers or gunk in the bottom track. Worth checking to be safe.
