Hello,

I tried installing these top rollers, but they keep sliding out when I go to hang them on the guide. Is there an installation video or guide I can reference to determine how to ensure proper installation and/or trouble shooting?

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't have a video or guide for this part. However, to install the new top rollers, you need to remove the door and lay it facing down to expose the back. You should be able to slide the housing down through the side channel of the door and lock the hook into the cut-out on the top cross member.
