Install Sliding Door Guides

Hi there,

I recently moved some sliding mirror doors to a new closet. I had someone install the doors but it looks like he didn't install the bottom guides into the track. The doors move side to side but swing back and forth because the bottom guides are not in the track. How do I pop the guides into the track now that the door is installed? Do I need to remove the guides from the door first or take the door off? Can I just pop them in? I am having trouble removing the guides.
