Question

I will be ordering a dual arm crank (Product Code 39-083). Can a "rookie" install the unit or should I look for a window installer to complete the job? Thank you.

If you are replacing an existing operator that is identical to the new one, you should be able to do it yourself. Check out our video below. It's not the same kind of operator, but many of the steps are the same and you should get a good idea of what's involved.
