I need instructions on how to install 15"385 channel balances on old windows! Not replacement instructions!

Hello,
The video below is the only guide that we offer for installing non-tilt channel balances but it looks like your window does not have jamb liners, which are required for installing side-mounted balances. Unfortunately, that is not something that we can supply but a local millwork may be able to assist you.

What I need to know is how to install take out clips in a wood jamb liner. It is a 15 " channel what is the placement in relation to the sash and how do are the take out clips secured in the jamb liner?

As Casey mentioned, your wood sashes don't use side-loaded balances that require take-out clips or spiral balances. Instead, they use jamb liners. You'll need to remove a sash so that a millwork can fit you with replacement jamb liners.
