Installation help for Nylon Cam Lock Pair

What is the proper way to install model#39-538. You provide rivets with these, but can I snap them over the existing rivets? Are the new rivets made of stainless or aluminum? Do you think I can use a C-clamp to compress them?

Thanks for posting. The 39-538 comes with four stainless steel shoulder rivets. You will need to drill out the old rivets, then install the new cams with the new rivets. You will need a "rivet installation tool," like our 75-075, or some type of center punch. You might have one in your tool box at home. You will also need a hammer.
