The 58-055, bulb-seal with angled base
To remove: Pull out old weatherstrip
To install: Push in new replacement
A seal that is fractionally larger in the bulb diameter dimension will generally not be a problem. You should try not to substitute with anything smaller than the existing seal.
You do need to match up on the kerf dimensions, the seal either will not slip into the slot or will fall out.

Do you have any recommendation for installation, if my existing windows do not have a kerf?

The 58-055 is made to replace an existing (or missing) weather seal, it is not made to install in new applications.
