Installation of 81-157

I need help installing the 81-157 I just got from SWISCO. My vinyl door only has one hole on the side, How do I install this.

Before we start, may I ask how did you remove the old roller from the assembly in order to determine the 81-157 was the replacement? Would you be willing to send photos of your original roller along with the roller? With those photos we can provide more information.

I pushed it out.and then saw it was attached to a screw from on top.

In this case, you need to remove the bottom sliding door rail from the glass to re-install the new roller with a top screw.
