Installed in 2009 vinyl sigle hung

Hello! What I see in this photo is a coil spring, bushing, and retainer clip. In that order they would be our Series 190, 15-182, and 15-186, respectively. These are commonly used with the 15-180 pivot shoe, in case you also needed that.

Note that with the exception of the spring, you can reuse any part of the assembly as long as they're undamaged. For the springs, if you replace one then you should replace them all (even on the other side of the window).
