Question

Need to know the order of the parts on the bottom pivot pin -above and below the metal hole.  The old pin is so rusted that the nut and pieces below the nut are fused

I recommend using WD-40 to loosen it up. Keep in mind that it may take a few hours, or even a day, for it to be loose enough to come out.
