Installing PATIO SCREEN DOOR SPLINE, 59-237

Question

I purchased PATIO SCREEN DOOR SPLINE, 25', Product Code: 59-237. It compares exactly to my old spline. The trouble is, I can't seem to install it. I have installed the round foam screen spline many times with no trouble. Is it possible that my screen mesh is too thick>? Do you have any tricks to install this? I have a screen installation tool.

It could be that your screen mesh is too thick. I don't believe there is any trick to installing it, otherwise. You may want to consider a type of foam spline to repair you screen. The foam compresses when installed then kind of plumps up after it relaxes in the screen groove. You can see our entire selection here.
