Dear Sirs
I have installed the Swisco 84-016 Roller. Unfortunately the roller does not attach to the "notch" to hold the roller in place. (I believe the two pins on the "notch" have broken off (see the photos).
How do I remove the adjustment piece from the door which includes the 2 pins? What replacement part should I purchase?
Thanks for your help.
Regards
Ron

Hi there Ron.
Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm not sure what piece you're referring to with the "2 pins". The 84-016 roller usually connects to a corner of some kind so I wonder if that's what you mean. With that said, we recommend watching the video below which will go over how to replace this kind of roller and the screen door corner.
The 95-020 is compatible with the 84-016 roller but you'll want to compare the specifications to see how they align with your old one.

Emily,
Thank you for sending the video on replacing the screen door corner and roller. I have already replace the roller, but now need to replace the corner piece.
The video shows that you "drill out" the pressed in area which holds the door together to take the door apart. However, the video DOES NOT show how to "hold the door together upon re assembly.
Please advise.

I would suggest using a small screw like the 33-085 which is self-drilling and should set the corner into the screen frame.
