Installing a key lock on PHP-28 Series 870 Door

Question

I have MFR: PHP-28 Series: 870 Type:Patio Door. I want to install a lock so I can open from the outside with the key. I was watching the video for 82-310 and it has a extra chamber. It does not look like it will fix in my fixture. I have attach some photo. Please see if you have a part that would fix my door handle.

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. From your pictures, we think the 82-310 should be compatible with your old handle set; however if you are uncertain, you can also replace your outside pull with our 82-044 along with our 82-315 Key Lock & Housing. See the video below for installation details.
