Installing the 26-326

These were ordered from your company by my neighbor. I tried without success to install them. Can you please provide me with specific instructions? Thank you.

Hey, Don. Installing our 26-326 is pretty straight forward. You just line it up with the holes in your sash where the old one was installed and screw it in. If you're having trouble with it, then it may not be the correct pivot bar. Did it match the old one? Were the dimensions the same? Where exactly are you running into problems?

Installation of the 26-326 was simple. The problem is I need help reinstalling the sash to the spring loaded device in the frame. Appreciate your advice.

Take a look at this video to see the best way of removing and replacing your window sash. While the window in this video doesn't use our 26-326, the same principles apply.
