Installing track cover on bumpy track

Question

What prep would be needed to utilize the track cover on this track? It would easily snap onto the sections that are not damaged but half the track is bumpy like this. Would the areas that are lower need to be built up?

Hey there,

Thanks for reaching out to us! You'll need to make sure to pack out all of the dents and damage on the existing track before installing the track cover. Otherwise, the cover will begin to become damaged in those exact spots over time.

That said, my best suggestion would be to replace the entire track, if possible. Especially given all of the prep you would need to complete to install the track cover.
