Hello,

Replacing the 23-196 top roller is a three-step process:

1) remove your old doors and place them on a level surface such as the floor or table.

2) Next, use a pair of pliers to gently but firmly work the old roller housing out of the door. It's just hooked in by pressure since no screws are used. It may seem stuck but with persistence and elbow grease it will come out.

3) Lastly, pop a new roller in and reinstall the door, adjusting them as needed.
