These hinges are used on plastic laminate partitions. For replacement purposes, you would install the new hinges into the same spot as the old hinges. Please see the attached drawing. The installation diagram shows how the hinges go together with the door inserts, cam and pintle. The diagram is not for any particular lavatory door hinges but it is how the majority of the plastic laminate hardware goes together.
