I purchased Item 84-234, Sliding Screen Door Latch and Pull. There were no instructions with the item. Please provide or send me an email with the steps I need to perform to install this item correctly. Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to us. To install the new hook assembly into the cutout of the door, you will need to place either the top or bottom part of the hook latch into the door cutout. Then, with the hook latch in the door, slide it into position so that the inside tab is sticking out of the other side of the door stile and into the cutout of the inside handle, placing the locking tab into the slide of the handle. The diagram below also depicts how to install it. I hope this helps!
