Instructions on how to fix a stuck casement window

Can you please send me instructions on how to fix a stuck casement window.

Please advise.

Also the sliding door lock which is out of stock looks like the part that I need. Let me know when the lock part is in stock.

Hey John. There could be a number of reasons why a casement window is stuck; most likely the operator is broken and needs to be replaced, but it's possible the hinge set could be in need of replacement as well. Watch the videos below to remove any damaged hardware so you can send photos to us for research. 

As far as the sliding door lock in question, we carry quite a few of these--can you tell me what part specifically you need? I'll try to get an ETA from there.
