Insulate Inc. Sliding Glass Door Replacement Handle

Hello, I'm including photos of my broken sliding glass door handle. I am looking for a replacement. I have included the manufacturer along with the series name. All the replacement handles I can find have one large locking hook versus mine which has two. Can you help? If you need other information, please let me know.
