Insulating a round top door.

A home owner from Berwyn, Il says:
My home has a round top door that needs insulating at the top because of settling in the house. The stick-on variety doesn't seem to adhere well to the wood of the door. I'm wondering if you can suggest something. It would have to be nailed on I'm sure, either on the door or the molding above it. Please advise.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

We only sell one type of weatherstripping that's designed to be nailed on and that would be our 58-169. I'm not sure that this would work for you, though, since your door has a rounded top. Those are always tricky to work with. The 58-169 is particularly rigid, too, because of the nail flange. It may not bend the way you need it to.
