Looks like you need new wool pile. We offer a ton of different kinds and the best match will depend on your dimensions. You can see our entire selection here.
Keep in mind wool pile dimensions get very specific. It's important that you're as precise as possible when you measure. If you find yourself coming up with a 1/4" measurement, then you should doubt it. It's probably something much more specific.
