Insulwal Window Won't Open

Question

my Insulwal window won't open. It is hung up at the lock, even with the lock disengaged.what is holding it up?? The top moves slightly, and the window is free to move up and down, but won't release at the lock.

I'm not sure what the issue could be, I'm not familiar with that brand. Can you show me a picture of it? Can you also show me the lock? That might give us a clue as to what the problem could be.
