Integrated frame

Question

I have what appers to be this roller arm however it is fastened to the actual integral frame of the door and was held in pivot by a removable pin.  Can this item work if I remove its (presumably fixed) pin and reuse my removable pin?  Alternatives that don't involve a retrofit?  Thanks.  Jim

Good afternoon, Jim. I'm afraid I have some bad news. This is an old Bayforms door, which hasn't been made in a very long time. There is no known replacement or substitute for this roller and nothing I've tried has ever worked. I hate to say it, but I think it's time for a new door.
