InterLock Slider Door Handle

I am trying to replace a broken handle on my slider. The door apparently isnt standard as the replacements that I find do not match the mounting holes.
This unit has a 5" mounting hole spread as shown in the picture. it is the interior handle portion and as seen in the picture, the mounts snapped.

Hello,

Your handle resembles our 82-080 handle set with 4-15/16" mounting holes, which comes with the 82-108 mounting plate. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks for posting!
