Interior Patio Door Handle

Recently broke the interior door handle for my sliding glass doors. The exterior handle is fine, as is the latching switch. Not sure what kind of door I have, but the logo on the handle was SWS. There is some kind of number inside the handle which I've enclosed a picture of. The door and handles are pure white - in some of the pics they look off-white. I only need the inside handle.I
