Interior Window Latch

I need the complete latch posted as window latch 2 and any related parts for install. As far as window latch 1 (or lack thereof,) is there a mounting plate or the like that aligns the latch?

Many thanks for writing in. We believe you have Silverline, American Craftsman vinyl window. Please compare our dimensions of the 26-393B tilt latch to yours.
