Interior screen/steel security door knob handle w/ mounting trim

Question

I need a replacement interior side door knob handle with trim, one piece(the trim is held together to the knob by C-clamp, trim mounts to the lock housing), the image's included show two knob's detached from the trim due to seat C-clamp seating wear on knob. The packaging for the original and lock on door is included in the images sent! Joseph
