Interior window trim

Original window from house built in 2000. Plastic is mounted horizontally on lower part of upper window right behind where the window locks are located.

Thank you for posting. I believe you have a Florida Extruders window. If so, look at our 55-191 white glazing vinyl for a possible replacement.
