Thanks for posting, Jesse. unfortunately your Interlock Hinge just isn't made anymore. The closest replacement we have is the 36-048; quite honestly, if it doesn't work, then I don't believe anything we carry will. To further be the bearer of tough news, I'm afraid those operating arms--and in fact pretty much all hardware related to these old ROTO operators--has been discontinued and is no longer available. You could consider subbing your operators with our 39-221 and 39-220. We have theorized that these are possible substitutes, but so far we haven't had confirmation of success, so there's no guarantees it will work. We would certainly be interested to know the outcome. Sorry we can't offer more direct replacements for you. Let us know what you think!

Good morning.
I'm trying to locate hinge sets manufacturered by Interlockna
Part number 12C -1S23. They work in conjunction with the Roto opener part number 39-091 / 39-092 and Roto spacer 39-557.
I checked and don't think that the 39-048 hinge set you suggest will work. Also discovered that we will be needing this arm replaced as well. The old corroded one is the original length, the new/shorter one is a replacement we had on hand which seems to work. Do you have either length available?

I have new hinges (4 point) and new cranks however; I need the connecting arm (shown in the middle picture above. I think it's called (link arm) or (split arm). would you help identify and supply me with 2 each?

Unfortunately, that split arm is no longer made and we cannot sell it. Like Bob went over with Jesse, this whole operator system was discontinued by the manufacturer. Bob's proposed solution remains our only option, and even then we cannot guarantee it. I'm sorry that we can't be of more help.
